Feeling good today. I always feel so great after a workout. I am getting closer to the end of my cleanse and I truly believe that I am going to be ok without it. They say it takes 30 days to create a habit and mentally I am in the habit of working out and being conscious of what I eat. That is the first step. We pretty much smashed our squat challenge now we are adding weights and arms, I’ve decided to turn the plan for the squat challenge into the ab challenge. I really need to work on my stomach because it is a major problem area so since I did so well with the squat challenge I think this will be good for my abs too.
