Update…today was weigh in day and I lost 1 pound. I know that doesn’t seem like much but I am so happy about my pound I can’t even express it. I worked my butt off to lose that pound, especially because I was not on track with my eating last week. Last week taught me a good lesson about health and fitness though. I realized how much of a difference it makes when you are eating well and working out. The weight seems to practically melt off of you when you are doing both, but when you are not eating well you have to workout double time to maintain.
Feeling good about my pound but I know I can not afford another week like that. Imagine how much I would have been down if I had been eating well last week. I may have reached my 4 pound a week goal. I am going to keep up the momentum with my workout this week and stick to my healthy eating and see what I can accomplish for next week. I will admit I am feeling better inside and out. I can’t wait to see the difference in the next 6 weeks. My date to reach my goal weight is July 8th.
