Detox: Day 6

I had the most awesome workout today with the ladies of Club Fit & Fab!  We ran three miles (I power walked a lot LOL).  We did about 200 squats, jumping jacks, crunches, leg lifts, mountain climbers and burpies – it was great!  The more I workout the more intoxicating it is.  It gives me the best rush.  I can see how people get addicted to working out.  I hope I get addicted to working out.  I’d rather have that addiction then my food addiction.

I am going to give myself some props though, I am closing out the first week of my cleanse really well.  I have stuck to my calorie intake, I have been eating healthy meals and only drinking water.  I thought it was going to be harder but it hasn’t.  I feel refreshed and de-poofed.  My family even said that my skin is looking more clear.  I am excited to see the end results.  I think this is a great start to my new healthy living.
