Detox: Day 1

Today was the first day of my full body cleanse and I must say it was a lot easier than I expected.  I pretty much just followed the steps of the system and I was good.  The challenges I did find were there are a lot of steps throughout the day so I am constantly consuming some kind of nutrient.  Also I am drinking so much water that if I am not preparing my next shake I am running to the bathroom, that is kind of annoying.  But overall it went well.  I finished up my day with a well-balanced meal and a trip to the gym.

Well, day one down 29 to go.  Lets see what the weekend looks like I am sure it will be loaded with temptations I may have to lock myself in the house.  LOL

  1. Following a good detox program is always worthwhile. People/doctors who say that we already have a perfectly good detox system and it doesn’t need any help are ignoring the evidence that we are all overwealmed with toxins.
Your research led you to the fact that babies start their lives with all sorts of toxic chemicals that they get from their mothers in the womb. How terrible is that! Detoxing can help to lower these stored chemicals. It can only help to make you healthier. Good luck with yours!

    1. Thank you Sandy! Yes, we are absolutely overwhelmed with toxins it all makes sense that we are a nation plagued with cancers and disease. Breast cancer and diabetes run in my family and I am going to as much as I can to avoid getting either of them. I am taking my health seriously before I am forced to do so because I am sick. Thank you for the well wishes! 🙂
