So this weekend I proved to myself once again that I am not superwoman. As normal I have one million writing projects due. I was determined to get caught up on some of my Examiner reports, put in some work on Diamond Ruff and get some more pages done in A Pretty Girl’s Bullsh**.
On top of that I accidently double booked a radio appearance in Fairfield from 8 to 10pm and hosting the NE Video DVD release party on Saturday. Jermaine Smith had booked the radio appearance to promote the CT debut of his play “Cookin in Yesterday’s Grease” that I am co-producing. I never committed to going but I was running around so much at the air time I didn’t even get to call in. I hate when I do stuff like that. No matter how much I try I always take on too much. I have to work on that. At the end of the day Jermaine made the radio appearance and i made it to Meriden by 11:45…Hey I said I was rushing.
Sunday morning I celebrated my best friends nephew’s christening. Baby Shane looked so gorgeous. He is the cutest baby and he looked like a little angel in his all white suit and hat. It was a good day for a christianing the sun was shining and the temperature was perfect for the occassion.
I will finish off the night writing….my work is never done 😉
